Mornings
Mornings unfold at their own pace: yoga as the light rises, a short walk to watch the horses at exercise, coffee on a private terrace or simply sleeping in. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00, with fresh, seasonal dishes prepared using produce from the kitchen garden and local growers.
Daytime
Wander the estate’s trails through forest and meadow, independently or with a guide, or explore the surrounding hills on horseback. Spend the afternoon beside the pool or enjoy a private tasting with the sommelier in the wine cellar. As the day softens, head to the Bird Deck and watch the valley change. Further excursions can also be arranged, from whale watching to vineyard tours.
As dusk settles, a sunset aperitivo awaits—cocktails or something softer, enjoyed as the sky turns gold over the valley. Let dinner find you: generous platters of honest, locally sourced produce, served beside the fire or on a private deck. When it is time to rest, turndown can be arranged with a simple message, leaving the suite ready for the night.
